Which version of the invitation should I order?
If you are pressed for time and cannot come to the SPA to receive the invitation in person, we recommend choosing the online version. The voucher is sent in PDF format, ready for printing. You can also order an invitation in a traditional version, packed in an elegant envelope or box decorated with thematic details.
When will the invitation be ready?
SPA voucher available immediately – we prepare an online invitation within 2 hours. We process orders 24/7, so even if you need an invitation right away, we will prepare it for you. In the traditional version, you can also collect your ready-made voucher within 2 hours. In the case of shipment to the parcel locker, allow at least 24 hours.
For the amount of money or for the selected treatment?
The invitation may include any services from the Chill City offer, and may also be prepared for a specific amount. You decide for yourself which form is better in your opinion. When ordering, remember to provide us with information for whom we should prepare the invitation.
How long is the voucher valid?
The spa voucher is valid for approximately six months. The recipient can make an appointment at a convenient time by calling, writing an e-mail (these details are provided on the voucher) or via the Booksy application. If the recipient has difficulty redeeming the voucher at a given time, just call and set a new date.
What if the gift turns out to be a waste?
The recipient may exchange the service for another service or cosmetics available at ChillCity. If you do not use the entire amount, you may decide to extend the treatment, add an additional massage or cosmetic treatment. There is also no problem for her to pay extra for the visit or take another person with her.
