A shower before your visit will prepare your body for the treatment.
For all guests who choose body treatment we have prepared a bathrobe, slippers, a towel and disposable lingerie. Our therapists will giude you to the changing room and the shower room.
Taking care of the aura of relaxation and peace, we kindly ask that mobile phones be turned off or silenced before entering the SPA.
Teenagers under the age of 18 may use SPA services with the written consent of their parents or legal guardians
All services are performed in the SPA area. No services are done in hotel rooms.
You can pay for the visit by cash or by card directly after the treatment in the SPA zone.
Cancellation of your visit:
Free of charge up to 12 hours before the reservation time.
50% refund for cancellation up to 6 hours prior to the reservation time.
No refund for cancellation less than 6 hours prior to the reservation time.
